Gravity Forms – LeadSquared CRM Lead Capture Guide

Installation

This plugin requires the Gravity Forms plugin.

WordPress Dashboard

• Go to ‘Admin’ -> ‘Plugins’ -> ‘Add New’
• Click on ‘Upload Plugin’
• Upload plugin zip
• Activate plugin

FTP, SFTP, SCP etc…

• Unzip plugin zip
• Upload the unzip plugin folder to your ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory, using your favorite method (ftp, sftp, scp, etc…)
• Activate plugin

Configuration

• Navigate to My Account-> Settings -> API and Webhooks and you will see the API Host, Access Key and Secret Key mentioned there.
• Go to ‘Admin’ -> ‘GF – LeadSquared’ -> ‘Configuration’
• API Host: Add your LeadSquared CRM API host
• Access Key: Add your LeadSquared CRM access key
• Secret Key: Add your LeadSquared CRM secret key
• Click on ‘Save’ button

Integration

• Go to ‘Admin’ -> ‘GF – LeadSquared’ -> ‘Integration’
• You can see list of Gravity Forms Forms
• Click on edit form icon which you want to integrate form
• Check ‘Capture Lead?’ checkbox if you want to capture LeadSquared CRM Lead
• Click on ‘Save’ button to map fields
• Note: Map fields which is creatable in LeadSquared CRM Lead
